3. Lead Generation Services

Our lead generation services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing varying by advertising channel:

• Social Media Leads: $45 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $55 per qualified lead
• Premium Advertising Leads: $65 per qualified lead

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who has expressed genuine interest in AI consulting services, meets specified targeting criteria, and has provided complete contact information with consent to be contacted.

SageHawk operates on a qualification-based engagement model. All potential clients must submit a contact request through our official contact form. We reserve the right to review all submissions and determine qualification based on business fit, project scope, and resource availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the SageHawk website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to proprietary methodologies and ongoing support will cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Laredo, Texas.
